The main reason why I quit MMORPG is because of the amount foreign languages in chats. I felt so left out and it was incredibly hard to make friends.
I hope we have a lot of English speakers.

Topic title and content edited to be region friendly. If you're looking to encourage people to speak English in Tree of Savior, focus on the topic. Pointing fingers to one group of people would not help you achieve your goal.

In which servers have you been playing in? I have more problems with communication on our local servers, I don't see that many problems on international game servers.
Either way I will be speaking english for the most part if international server ever becomes a reality, but I wouldn't mind to see people having conversations in other languages in public chat, as long as they keep it short.

English, of course.
I agree with ShiroOu: I wouldn't mind if people speak their languages in chat, as long as they keep it short. It's annoying to see a group of people speaking foreign languages all the time in public chat, even if people start speaking Portuguese, which is my native language. I also had bad experiences with public chat flooded with thai, turkish and portuguese sentences, but if they want to speak in their languages, they should create their own local guild where they can freely speak in whatever language they want, or publicly speak english (if they know).

Yes and maybe no....
Who cares really, I enjoy playing with foreigners in any country and if they want to speak their own language then go ahead I don't care, it's not like I'm paranoid that they are talking about me (I don't care if they do) or anything. This is International. Even if it was on an America Server, it doesn't matter because English isn't the official language.

English is my only language. I know a little Chinese but it's not much.
Honestly, anyone can speak however they want as long as they're not rude.
I don't recall calling myself a hero, nor have I ever cared for justice.

No matter what server I'm playing in, I'll always speak English to communicate with foreigners.
I'll only use local language to my fellow Indonesian friends. It's that simple.
From all lies that I've heard, "I love you" was my favourite.
