Tree of Savior rumored coming to Indonesia

One of the most trusted online game media in Indonesia, GameQQ has made a news that IMCgames had a deal with the one online game publisher based on Indonesia. But the name of the publisher are not revealed. They said Tree of Savior will be coming to Indonesia 2016 which is next year. GameQQ is the close media partner ThisIsGame which is the largest South Korea online game media.

No, nothing new. Btw brazilian game media is basically nonexistent, I wouldn't expect any leaks coming from here.
And there's not much mystery around the brazilian release, if the game ever gets localized over here it will either be published by Level UP Games (AKA: the company that every brazilian gamer wants to burn) or by IMC itself.

2016? Wow, reading that nearly killed all of my hype in an instant. Guess we'll be expecting TOS in NA at around that time as well. But rumors are just rumors. I'm starting to get impatient myself so I want to start seeing some official word from IMC regarding overseas publishing as soon as possible.

It would be unrealistic to expect the game to release in NA/EU in 2015. It would be surprising if it did.
We don't even have a publisher yet to market the game.
2016 is actually a really good estimated time frame, assuming we find a publisher fast. But even then, keep in mind that these things can take months. In other words, don't be disappointed if it's pushed to the end of 2016 or worse.

If that's the case, then I may as well not play this game. Maybe I wouldn't be so disappointed if I knew how all this publisher stuff works.

It's what I usually do. Nothing good comes of overhyping a game while waiting. Usually leads to disappointment, even if the game is good.

Trust me, I've been trying to occupy myself with other games, but I can't find anything that will help kill time.

This news is very comical to me. I'm a proud Indonesian; yet honestly, if possible, I won't be playing this game in an Indonesian server. Both the playerbase and the community managers are to laugh at.

Above is the 1st comment from the article. In english it would be:
"Just get to Indonesia first, whatever the publisher will be, I'll play the game as long as I can do trade"

And of course the trade that he/she mean is RMT.

Bugs and cheat (it's called that way here) will be 100% exploited, cash shop will be 99% P2W, 80% (or more) of the top players will be using bots, and 40% of the players will buy the gears/in-game currency with real money from other players.

Many have said bad things about Warp Portal and its international/NA RO server. But trust me, idRO (Indonesian RO) is even worse.


It's not this news is bad though, hopefully by coming to Indonesia, it "helps" to market TOS in Indonesia so more Indonesian players will be attracted to NA server.

Well, i have mixed feeling about this news.
I love the idea about this game release in my country, it give me easier to access the cash shop and such.
But as the others says, there are so many problems with many Indonesian players (not all of them) and publishers that i think maybe worse than some other regions (international/sea).

Of course i'll still try it when its released here.
And who knows, maybe it will turn out good, or at least better than other MMO/MMORPG currently released in Indonesia.
Let's hope for the best my fellow Indonesian friends.
