Just 30 minutes ago, imcGAMES has publicly announce that Nexon will be their publisher for Tree of Savior in Korea. imcGAMES will be responsible for servicing and development, while Nexon will be responsible for business and marketing. This relationship will not affect international CBT.

I don't know about Nexon Korea since all I've did was play two of their games and nothing more.

Nexon NA, however, I have submitted a ticket regarding my cash points a few months back. They replied and solved my situation in 3 or 4 weeks. It was a long wait, yes, but I did get the matter solved to my satisfaction. This is just coming from a guy who has bothered the staff with only one support ticket though. I don't know what the company is like otherwise.

I not sure of what think about Nexon as a publisher, but they are certainly a terrible developer. That Combat Arms thing was one of the most PTW/hackfest games I have ever seen.

Edit: After some research it seems that even Koreans hate games that Nexon touch thanks to their absurd pricing in some items. However, Nexon has recently published a video where they acknowledge that their behavior is not well seen by their customers, maybe we will have some changes in how the company face the monetization issue.
